Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was born into an ethnically mixed family. Her father and mother have both been English. She was a student at The Brit School when she was 14 years old. She received her Bachelor of Arts in acting from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. While attending the school, she appeared in numerous stage plays, including King Henry V as Princess Katherine and Wuthering Heights as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe started acting in Storm Damage. She has since made appearances in Teachers, Doctors Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe's debut film appearance was in Woody Allen's 2007 film Cassandra's Dream opposite Colin Farrell, Ewan McGregor. Following that success, she played Elisha in the one-off BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN, and appeared in six episodes of Trexx and Flipside playing Ollie. She was Bambi as Bambi in The ITV2 drama Secret Diary of a Call Girl. Madekwe was a part of the comedic How to Lose Friends and to annoy people (2008). Performance credits for Madekwe include Little Sweet Thing and Flight Path.
Madekwe made her US debut in the 2009 drama series The Beautiful Life, which just aired two episodes in the US on The CW before being cancelled. In February of 2011, she was cast in the role of Ashley Davenport in the ABC drama series Revenge. Madekwe's departure from the series was announced in May 2013. After a period of two years as the main character she appeared as a guest in the opening episode of season 3. She played Tituba in the series Salem in 2014 until 2016. Madekwe married her actor partner Iddo goldberg in June 2012. They've collaborated on Secret Diary of a Call Girl and also had a role alongside her in the television series Salem.

Ashley Leggat, a twice Gemini nominated actress was born into a big family from Hamilton, Ontario. She joined her parents, Roy and Patty as well as her four brothers: Rob, Brett, and twins Todd and Bram. Ashley's sports brothers played baseball during summers and hockey during winters. Ashley did not have the ability to walk. She danced. So when she was two and a half and a half, she was a part of Baby Ballet. That was the start of Ashley's passion for dance. When she was in the high school she attended, Ashley danced competitively in the top divisions in ballet, tap, jazz pointe, acrobatics lyrical, musical theatre and hip hop. She was the top soloist in major competitions such as International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance which were all given to Ashley.
