Chando played the character of Maddie Coleman on the television soap drama As the World turns, which she performed from 2005 until 2007 and again for several months beginning in late 2009. Alexandra's acting debut was in her debut on the TV series House Blend in which she appeared as Jenna Harper. She was Maddie Coleman in the CBS TV soap As the World Turns for three years. In the year 2009 Chando got a role in the American documentary television series True life and further appeared in the television series Sherri. The actress starred in two episodes of the American drama-comedy TV show Glory Daze. Other TV show credits are Castle, Hindsight, Dead People and Outcast.
